Feddanranny clachan is located in the townland of Glasmullen (parish of Layd) in Glenariffe.

The photographs below show the main buildings which make up the clachan area today. Only the house in photos 1 and 2 is on the original site of the cluster of houses which made up the clachan in 1860.  The house in photo 3 is built on the wallsteads of an older house which was probably built, originally, after 1860. The two bungalows shown in photo 4 are built on land which was part of the clachan, but are new builds.
