The Glens of Antrim Historical Society are holding their A.G.M in St
Mary’s Parish Centre, Cushendall on Friday 20th September at 8pm. This
will be followed by the launch of The Glynns volume 47, and
presentation of The Malachy McSparran Memorial Cup to Cross and
Passion College. There will be further presentations to young people
from the college, who, have written and had their articles published
in The Glynns. A great achievement for both the school and the pupils.
There will be musical entertainment by local singer Josephine Mulvenna who was born in Belfast with roots in The Glens and Carey. Refreshments served. The AGM is for members only but the general public is welcome from 8.30pm.
