Photo 1 shows some of the inhabitants of the clachan in the 1920s.
Photo 2 shows Susannah McElheran one of the residents of the clachan in the 1930s. This is the Susan McElheran who was listed in the 1901 Census Returns – aged 41 at that time. When this photo was taken she must have been in her seventies or eighties.
Photo 3 shows Straid and Dunouragan in the late 1930s. Straid is on the right of the photograph, the cluster in the centre is Dunouragan.
