The next monthly talk organised by The Glens of Antrim Historical Society will take place
on Friday 24 th March 2023 at 8.00pm in the usual venue of St Mary’s Parish Centre,
Cushendall.
The speaker for the evening is Dr Desmond McCabe, who works in the Public Record Office,
Belfast. The title of his presentation is “Local History: the Potential of the Public Record
Office NI.” This talk should be of interest especially to anyone researching family history or
local history more generally.
All are welcome. Admission is free for members and £3 for visitors. Tea/coffee and
refreshments are available at the conclusion of the talk.
